There is apparently a movement to stop mall Santa’s from saying “Ho, Ho, Ho” under way. They want them to say “Ha, Ha, Ha” instead so that no one thinks that Santa is calling them a whore. What a world… Dick Clark better watch out!

It seems almost anyone can understand this blog…I better beef up the jargon! I wonder what rating Naming and Necessity would have got? (HT: Philosophy, etc) UPDATE: I check N&N (using this url)…it got a High Scool rating as well…we should definately start teaching Kripke’s views about metaphysical and epistemological possibility to all 9th graders!
